RHIB excursions at sea are not suitable for

  • Pregnant women
  • Infants/small children
  • Persons with existing back problems/injuries/heart complaints
  • Persons who have had recent surgery
  • Persons who are classed as clinically obese
  • Persons who have less than average mobility

Passengers must advise infinity Boat Tours before booking of any medical conditions or disabilities that the passenger(s) are suffering from or have ever suffered from prior to booking, particularly, dizzy spells, epilepsy, back/bone conditions and diabetes (this is not an exhaustive list).

We do not recommend our sea tours for anyone who is nervous of the sea or boats, or who experiences sea sickness.

Health and safety rules as given by the Skipper must be adhered to at all times. Life jacket/ buoyancy aid worn at all times, jockey seats must be sat astride with one leg on either side, hold on to bars at all times with two hands when the boat is moving, remain forward facing, and remain seated until Skipper says you can move. Refusal to follow rules may result in the termination of the tour and failure to follow rules may result in injury.

Infinity Boat Tours will not accept any liability for personal injury, or injury to others and passengers participate entirely at their own risk.

If the vessel has to return to the harbour/marina due to passenger illness or passenger anxiety or weather conditions (this is not an exhaustive list) Infinity Boat Tours has no obligation to provide passengers with a refund or a replacement trip.

Replacements trips will only ever be offered at the total discretion of Infinity Boat Tours.

Other than liability for death or personal injury resulting from Infinity Boat Tours’ negligence, Infinity Boat Tours shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising, including without limitation any distress, inconvenience or anxiety caused during the course of any trip undertaken and/or during evacuation from the vessel in the event of breakdown or accident.

Infinity Boat Tours cannot be held responsible for the weather conditions during your trip.

Please be advised we do not provide ‘thrill’ or ‘speed’ rides. Our tours are led by Skippers who are OCN Accredited Tour Guides and our experiences are designed as sight-seeing tours suitable for families.

Booking

Pre-booking only.

Payment of deposit secures booking, non payment may result in loss of preferred date and time.

All Prices are in Pounds Sterling, Infinity Boat Tours do not charge VAT on sight-seeing tours.

Cancellations or no shows result in loss of the non-refundable deposit.

Infinity Boat Tours are not responsible for factors that may lead to a passenger missing their trip, including; transport delays, weather conditions, parking issues and illness, and no refunds or reschedules will be given.

For sight-seeing experiences a £50 deposit per boat is required. For more than 12 passengers 2 boats will be needed therefore a deposit of £100. Number of passengers booked on each tour must be paid in full.

Remainder of payment is due at time of meeting Skipper on the day of the tour either in cash to the Skipper or by calling 07845370231 before your tour to pay by card.

The lead passenger is responsible for paying the full amount due and any further amount resulting from accidental or malicious damage made to the vessel or its equipment by his/her passengers.

Infinity Boat Tours reserve the right, if necessary, to deviate from a vessel’s advertised route, or change any time or day of a booking or cancel any booking with or without prior notice to the passenger.

If the Skipper cancels due to rough weather you may either rebook a different date or have a refund of your deposit.

Passengers requests to change a booking time/date must be a minimum of 7 days in advance are completely at Infinity Boat Tours discretion and will be subject to availability. The change in date must be confirmed in writing.

Infinity Boat Tours will not be liable for any expense, loss of time, disappointment, inconvenience, or any other consequential loss suffered by the passenger in the event of a cancellation or postponement of a booking.

Bookings can only be made by persons aged 18 and over.

Photography

Infinity Boat Tours reserve the right to use photographic equipment and/or video recordings and/or other monitoring equipment on or in the vicinity of the vessel which may feature passengers for advertising or promotional materials. Ownership of any intellectual property rights to the photographs and/or video recordings vests in Infinity Boat Tours absolutely.

If the lead passenger does not want photography/video recordings during the charter please make this clear when booking and we will ensure our Skippers respect their wishes.

Infinity Boat Tours allow passengers to take their own photographs and video recordings from a seated position only and only when the vessel is stationary. Infinity Boat Tours accepts no responsibility if any photographic or video recording equipment is lost or damaged during the trip.

Conduct

  • Skippers orders must be followed at all times.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for children at all times.
  • Consumption of alcohol on-board prohibited unless permission sought beforehand.
  • No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol permitted on-board.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • No one who is openly aggressive, whether that be verbally abusive or physically threatening, will be allowed on-board or allowed to remain on-board.
  • The lead passenger remains financially liable for any damage made to the vessel or equipment by his/her passenger group. This includes manually inflating an automatic life jacket other than when they are expressly instructed to do so by the Skipper (this incurs a £150 charge for its re-assembly).

Infinity Boat Tours allows passengers to bring personal belongings onto the vessel, however Infinity Boat Tours will accept no responsibility if any personal belongings are damaged or lost at any time whilst on the vessel. These must be stowed safely while the vessel is moving. The skipper will decide where they are stowed.

Complaints

Any complaints must be made in writing within 2 weeks of the incident the complaint is regarding. As much detail as possible must be included, including the tour time, lead passenger details etc. This can be done via email or by post.
